Biography

I was born on September 2, 1975 in Morristown, NJ. I am the youngest of two children who were born to Deanna, an elementary teacher, and Karl, a transportation manager for a national chemical company. My older sister, Kristie, was born in February 1970. My families heritage is mostly German on my fathers side and most English on my mothers side. There is also some Native American on my fathers side, but its not all that much. I was baptized and raised in the Methodist Church and attended church on a regular basis as a kid. I attended the public schools in my town, the same school system that my mother was employed by but I was lucky enough to have never had my mom as a teacher. My sister can not make the same statement.

I grew up playing a lot of different sports. Track, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and Hockey just to name a few. When I entered the 4th grade I was encouraged by my parents to take up an instrument and I eventually joined Marching Band when I entered high school.
